Address Types

Please ensure your address type is correct. If you've selected commercial but your address is residential, StarTrack will still leave your parcel in a place they feel is safe if they deem it residential.

Transit Cover

Courier companies do not cover any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Taking out transit cover is recommended to protect your order and ensure you're covered for lost or damaged stock. Find out more +

Transit cover costs as little as $1.00 per or part $100 of total value of invoice. It covers:

  • Leaking inks and liquids
  • Lost parcels
  • Damaged stock

Please report any damaged goods to Protat within 24 hours of receiving your order. Keep all damaged goods as they will need to be returned to Protat.

Remember if a claim is made, it will need to go through a process before claim is finalised.

Note: Transit cover does not cover a parcel once left at an address by Courier if no one is home.
